Job Summary

We are looking for a Desktop Engineer to provide end-user computing support for a leading banking client. The ideal candidate should have experience in desktop support, troubleshooting, hardware/software installations, and user support within a corporate or banking workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2 desktop support for end users.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
Manage user accounts, access requests, and password resets through Active Directory.
Support Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and printer-related issues.
Perform software installations, upgrades, patching, and asset management.
Handle incident and service requests in accordance with SLA requirements.
Coordinate with infrastructure, network, security, and application teams for issue resolution.
Support onboarding, offboarding, and workstation deployments.
Asset Management, Inventory Audits & Lifecycle Management
Security Compliance, Vulnerability Remediation & Audit Support
ServiceNow/Remedy/JIRA Ticketing and SLA Management
