Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop current business opportunities in retail/corporate lending, SME finance, or other NBFC products. Build and maintain solid relationships with DSAs, connectors, agents, and direct clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for loan disbursements and portfolio growth.
Source business through open market, channels, and internal databases. Conduct market research to identify new segments and customer needs. Evaluate customer financials and coordinate with credit/risk teams for loan approvals .Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle from sourcing to disbursement. Monitor portfolio quality and ensure minimal delinquency. Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and collections.
Solid understanding of NBFC products (Personal Loans, Business Loans, LAP, Vehicle Loans, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and target-oriented mindset
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
