Key Responsibilities
Staff Engagement:
Motivate and inspire the sales team
Foster a positive work environment
Develop training programs to enhance staff skills
Target Achievement:
Develop and execute sales strategies
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies
Analyze sales data to identify trends and prospects
Customer Service:
Ensure exceptional customer service standards
Handle customer complaints and feedback
Foster robust customer relationships
Product Knowledge:
Train staff on jewellery products to enhance sales
Upselling/Cross-Selling:
Encourage staff to suggest complementary products
Customer Relationship Building:
Foster strong relationships with customers to increase repeat business
Visual Merchandising:
Create attractive displays to showcase products
Promotions and Events:
Host events and offer promotions to drive sales

Requirements:
Experience:



3+ years of retail sales management experience, preferably in jewelry sales
Skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong sales, customer service, and analytical skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Knowledge:
Familiarity with jewellery products and industry trends
Knowledge of sales, customer service, and leadership principles

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate
Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
