Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing customer communication, sales orders, documentation, follow-ups, and coordination between customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team, customers, and internal departments for smooth order processing.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
Maintain accurate records of sales orders, customer information, payments, and dispatches.
Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, payments, and pending requirements.
Conduct regular cold calling and lead generation to identify potential customers, introduce products/services, and generate current sales opportunities.
Coordinate with production,



dispatch, logistics, accounts, and other departments.
Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
Maintain proper documentation and update sales data in ERP/CRM systems.

Candidate Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an advantage.
0–2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, or a similar role.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP/CRM systems.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
