Job Summary - Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a responsible and target-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Leaves Global Services LLP, Kochi.

Job Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to company growth.
Coordinate daily sales activities and monitor team performance.
Manage sales leads, customer inquiries, and follow-ups.
Conduct market research and develop strategies to maintain and strengthen the company
Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.
Support and guide the sales team to improve conversions.
Maintain sales reports, lead databases, and performance records.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.




Monitor individual and team targets and prepare periodic performance reports.

Required Skills
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Robust sales, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
Valuable knowledge of lead management and sales reporting.
Ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.

Qualifications & Experience
Graduation in any discipline preferred.
3–5 years of team management experience preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
