Should be Agile in making Macro Level (Top Down) and Comprehensive (Bottom Up) Business Case Estimations for Recent Platforms from Concept Stages. Undertake CMF Impact Estimations, Cost Saving Estimations for Prompt Decision making by CFT.
Should be able to build an Ecosystem in Commodity for tracking and updating RMs, its prices Process Norms, its rates in Commodity Master. Should be able to guide Product Cost Engineers on using Technical know-how for Cost Assumption.
Should be aware of Polymer Materials and Processes for upfront Cost Optmisation Suggestions to Engineering and Development Teams 5. Study &
Analyse of SOR/ Drawings, BOM, Process Assumptions, Mold Specifications for components.
Cost Estimation of parts from SOR/drawing with the use of Standard Guidelines across sub Systems.
