B.E / B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or IT
B.E / B.Tech in any discipline plus SAP ABAP (NetWeaver) certification

Experience
At least 3 years as an SAP ABAP / Web Dynpro developer
Age below 40
ABAP development experience in at least 2 of these modules: MM, FICO, SD, HCM, PP
Has worked on medium-scale projects

Technical skills required
Core ABAP: ALV grid, BADI, user exits, module pool, function modules, ABAP OOPS
Forms: Smart Forms, SAPscript
Data migration: BDC, LSMW
Other: SAP Query, RFC, BAPI
Web: Web Dynpro, JSP
HR-ABAP
API development for integrating SAP with external systems
Robust debugging, bug fixing and performance tuning
Positive communication skills
