Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
About the Role
We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer who can independently handle day-to-day residential and commercial construction site activities, coordinate with workers and subcontractors, maintain quality standards, and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
The ideal candidate should be robust in site execution, measurement, quality checking, material coordination, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
Site Execution
Supervise daily construction activities from foundation to finishing.
Ensure work is executed as per approved architectural and structural drawings.
Quality Control
Ensure proper quality of materials and workmanship.
Site Measurement & Documentation
Maintain checklists for major construction activities.
Labour & Contractor Management
Allocate daily work to Labours & contractors and monitor productivity.
Material Management
Coordinate material deliveries with suppliers.

Solid in practical site execution
Good at coordinating with workers
Detail-oriented about quality
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
