Job SummaryWe are looking for a Senior Executive – Sales who will be responsible for Key Account Management, Business Development, RFQ handling, sales execution, and customer relationship management.Key Responsibilities
Handle RFQs and customer enquiries using ERP and internal tools.
Prepare and submit quotations within the required timelines.
Analyse supplier offers and perform techno-commercial analysis.
Negotiate commercial terms with customers.
Maintain RFQ trackers and sales reports.
Manage customer forecasts, purchase orders, contracts, and order amendments.
Track open orders and provide regular updates to customers.
Coordinate with Sales, SCM, Planning, Operations, Logistics and Finance teams.
Ensure orders are executed and shipments are completed on time.
Manage key customer accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct regular customer meetings and present KPI reports.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports for key accounts.
Monitor customer requirements, inventory, forecasts and delivery performance.
Support recent business development and identify business opportunities.
Monitor project profitability and support continuous improvement.
Required Skills
4–7years of experience in B2B Sales / Key Account Management.
Experience in RFQ, quotation and order management.
Positive understanding of techno-commercial activities and negotiation.
Experience with ERP and MS Office.
Solid communication and customer-handling skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused and proactive approach.
Aerospace/aviation industry experience is preferred.
