Pan India Group is looking for a energetic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Manager to drive growth across our Marine & Hydrography portfolio.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales & marketing strategies to grow market share
Manage and strengthen OEM relationships; identify new OEM partnerships
Generate current business through lead generation, cold calling, and market research
Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users, contractors, and government clients
Track competitors, market trends, and customer insights
Support tendering activities including quotes, tenders, proposals, and negotiations
Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and prepare management reports
Travel for client meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and conferences
Develop robust relationships with end users
Spearhead growth within the category with a dynamic team

Equipment managed within this group includes:
Single & Multi-Beam Echo Sounders
GNSS Systems
ROVs & USVs
ADCPs
Side Scan Sonars




Sub-Bottom Profilers, and more

The individual should have strong technical knowledge and a proven track record in marine/offshore sales and business development. Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
5–10 years of experience in technical sales/marketing within marine, offshore, or hydrographic domains
Strong technical understanding of marine & hydrographic equipment
Proven experience managing the full sales cycle
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills
Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools
Self-driven, customer-focused, strategic, and proactive mindset
