Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom/store.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales, revenue, and conversion targets.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve individual and store-level targets.
Handle customer interactions, understand requirements, and provide personalized jewellery recommendations.
Drive upselling and cross-selling of gold, diamond, bridal, and other jewellery products.
Maintain proper inventory and stock records, including receiving, tagging, transfers, and stock reconciliation.
Conduct regular stock audits and ensure proper security and handling of high-value jewellery.
Monitor billing, cash handling, daily sales reports, and store MIS.
Ensure excellent customer service and complaint resolution.
