SITE ENGINEER –

JOB PURPOSE To supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities at the project site, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise daily construction and site execution activities.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Check measurements, materials, workmanship, and quality of work.
Review drawings and coordinate with consultants for technical clarifications.
Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Monitor material requirements, usage, and wastage.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations.
Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Support quantity measurements, estimation, and billing verification.




Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates to management.
Maintain proper records of work, materials, inspections, and approvals.

QUALIFICATION
B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Relevant experience in residential / commercial construction preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Solid knowledge of construction practices and site execution.
Ability to read and interpret civil drawings.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Knowledge of MS Office and relevant construction software.
Strong time management and organizational skills.

Project progress and timely completion.
Quality and accuracy of site execution.
Material control and reduction of wastage.
Compliance with safety standards.
Accuracy of measurements and documentation.
Effective coordination with project stakeholders.
Resolution of site issues within agreed timelines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
