Talentbes Executive Search Services is hiring for our client in Mumbai. We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to manage site execution, installation, commissioning, and project handover.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise installation of DG sets, electrical panels, cabling, mechanical equipment, and utility systems.
Manage project execution from planning through installation, commissioning, and final handover.
Coordinate with design, procurement, commissioning teams, contractors, and vendors.
Interpret technical drawings and ensure work meets project specifications.
Handle SCADA design, programming, and monitoring requirements

Oversee foundation-related work, site safety, quality, resources, and project timelines.
Maintain daily progress reports and support inspection, testing, and validation.

Candidate Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
26 years of relevant site experience in power, electrical, or mechanical installation projects.
Knowledge of DG set installation, panel wiring, and civil/foundation requirements.
Ability to independently manage site teams and vendor personnel.
Solid coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
