Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Job Responsibilities
Conduct engaging training sessions on soft skills and professional development.
Train students/employees in communication, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and workplace etiquette.
Develop and deliver interactive training modules and activities.
Conduct sessions on leadership, teamwork, time management, problem-solving, and confidence building.
Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
Customize training content based on learner requirements.
Maintain training records and prepare session reports.
Support learners in improving their professional communication and employability skills.

Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and public-speaking abilities.
Passion for training, mentoring, and developing people.




Good command of English and Malayalam.
Ability to engage and motivate learners.
Robust interpersonal and classroom-management skills.
Previous experience as a trainer, faculty member, mentor, or corporate trainer is preferred.
Freshers with exceptional communication and presentation skills may also be considered.
