CS Soft Solutions is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with hands-on experience in staffing hiring. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing the recruitment process to ensure timely closure of open positions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for staffing requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates accordingly.
Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate discussions and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams for interview scheduling and feedback.
Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of positions.
Maintain proper recruitment records and prepare hiring reports.
Handle candidate queries and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Required Skills
1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Experience in staffing recruitment is preferred.
Good knowledge of candidate sourcing and screening techniques.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and recruitment portals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
