Role & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing for residential & commercial real estate properties across key Indian cities.
Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and corporate clients to understand needs and deliver tailored property solutions.
Conduct site visits, property walkthroughs, and client presentations with confidence and professionalism.
Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure seamless handoff from lead generation to post-sale support.
Track and report KPIs including conversion rate, pipeline value,



and average deal size using CRM tools.
Stay ahead of local market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor offerings to position properties strategically.
