Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
Coordinate and manage workers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor material usage and ensure availability of required materials.
Track daily work progress and report updates to the management.
Ensure proper site safety and housekeeping.
Identify and resolve site-related issues and coordinate with the project team.
Maintain daily attendance and work records.
Requirements:
Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering or relevant construction experience.
Previous experience as a Site Supervisor is preferred.
Positive knowledge of construction activities and site procedures.
Valuable communication and team-management skills.
Ability to manage workers and complete work within timelines.
