Manage a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) to achieve sales targets and grow business.
Develop and implement strategies to increase agency channel sales, focusing on motor insurance, car insurance, and vehicle insurance products.
Build robust relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, brokers, and other partners to drive revenue growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion into current markets or product lines.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
