Key Responsibilities
Conduct birdwatching, herping, trekking and specialised nature experiences.
Lead guests on trails and interpret local flora, fauna, ecology and landscape.
Assist in developing new trails, experiences and guest programmes.
Maintain accurate species observations and field records.
Support biodiversity surveys, research and conservation initiatives.
Mentor and train junior Naturalists.
Assist the Head Naturalist in planning schedules, programmes and field activities.
Handle specialised or customised experiences for responsible birders, wildlife enthusiasts and researchers.
Support photography, content and storytelling related to the resort's natural environment.
Ideal Profile: 5 years of relevant field experience with solid identification skills in birds/reptiles/amphibians and good guest-handling ability.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
