Responsible for supervising daily site activities and ensuring work is executed as per quality standards, drawings, and timelines under the guidance of engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and instructions
Manage and guide labour and contractors on site
Monitor material usage and prevent wastage
Ensure quality of work, especially basic finishing activities
Maintain site discipline, safety, and cleanliness
Report daily progress to site engineers
Identify in office issues and escalate when required
Requirements
ITI / Diploma or relevant experience in construction
3–10 years of site supervision experience
Experience in residential projects preferred
Skills
Robust practical knowledge of site work
Labour handling and supervision skills
Attention to quality and workmanship
Basic understanding of drawings and execution
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
