Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day showroom operations and store performance.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Handle premium clients and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Coordinate with designers, architects, vendors, and internal teams.
Maintain showroom presentation, product displays, and visual merchandising.
Track sales, leads, inventory, and customer follow-ups.
Ensure smooth order processing, billing, and after-sales coordination.

Requirements:
4–8 years of experience in luxury retail, interiors, furniture, or premium home décor.
Solid sales, communication, and team-management skills.
Positive understanding of luxury customer handling and consultative selling.
Well-presented, proactive, and target-oriented.
