Position: Senior Nurse / Clinical & Business Development – Nursing

Experience: 5+ Years

Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM

Key Requirements
B.Sc. Nursing or GNM qualification.
Minimum 5+ years of relevant nursing experience.
Strong ICU/critical care experience is mandatory.
Clinically robust with positive patient-care and nursing knowledge.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate with doctors, hospitals, patients, and healthcare professionals.
Should have strong knowledge of hospital processes and clinical requirements.
Must have an existing professional network and contacts with at least 20+ hospitals.
Should have good contacts with Neurologists/Neuro Doctors for business development and referral opportunities.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with hospitals and doctors to generate new business prospects.
Willingness to travel for hospital and doctor visits as required.

Key Responsibilities:




Provide clinical support and guidance to the nursing team.
Coordinate with hospitals and doctors for patient-care requirements.
Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals and neurologists.
Identify new business prospects through hospital and doctor networks.
Support patient referrals and business growth initiatives.
Ensure high standards of clinical care and service delivery.
Maintain regular follow-ups with hospital and doctor contacts.

Preferred Candidate: A clinically strong nursing professional with ICU experience and a well-established network of hospitals and neurologists, who can contribute to both clinical operations and business growth. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
