Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment MIS.
Support the team in managing end-to-end recruitment activities.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
Prior internship or experience in recruitment/Talent Acquisition preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
