Role & responsibilities A leading education group with multiple brands across K-12 Schools and PU/Junior Colleges is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional to join its HR COE team.
The role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across academic and non-academic functions, stakeholder management, and driving quality hiring within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for business and corporate roles.
Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand hiring requirements.
Drive sourcing, screening, coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
Handle multiple positions and ensure closure within timelines.
Build talent pipelines through various sourcing channels.
Ensure strong candidate experience and stakeholder engagement.
Support hiring dashboards, recruitment MIS, and process improvements.
Desired Profile
Strong experience in Talent Acquisition/recruitment in university roles.
Exposure to hiring in education or similar people-intensive industries preferred.
Agency and/or corporate/client-side hiring experience acceptable.
Solid stakeholder management and coordination skills.
Ability to manage hiring volumes in a fast-paced workplace.
Positive communication and influencing capabilities.
