This role involves maintaining student welfare, addressing student concerns, coordinating support services, and creating a protected, positive, and inclusive campus setting.

Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance and support to students
Listen to student grievances and coordinate with the appropriate departments for resolution.
To be in rounds in the campus and monitor students.
Monitor student discipline,Dress Code and overall well-being.
Maintain student records, counselling reports, and related documentation.
Coordinate with faculty members, mentors, parents, and college administration when required.
Organize student counselling, mentoring, orientation, and welfare programs.
Assist in organizing extracurricular activities, student clubs and awareness programs.
Help implement college policies related to student discipline, safety, welfare, and conduct.
Coordinate with the placement, examination, hostel, transport, and other departments when student support is required.
Handle student complaints professionally and maintain confidentiality.




Prepare reports on student welfare activities and submit them to the concerned authority.
Promote a positive relationship between students, faculty, parents, and the institution.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Education, Management, or a related field.
Experience in student affairs, academic administration, or educational institutions is preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle student concerns with patience, empathy, and confidentiality.
Basic computer and documentation skills.
