Looking for a Senior SDR to own outbound lead generation, account-based prospecting, qualification, and chance creation across global markets.

Location: Bellandur, Bangalore

Experience: 3–5 Years

CTC: Up to 14 LPA

Work Mode: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

Own a quarterly qualified-chance quota for assigned regions.

Build target account lists and prospect databases using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Demandbase, Lusha, etc

Run ABM and outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling

Research accounts, map buying committees, and create personalized outreach

Qualify leads against the ICP and use BANT/MEDDIC to identify genuine opportunities.

Create and maintain accurate Leads amp; Opportunities in Salesforce and ensure clean handoffs to Sales

Manage and monitor external lead-generation agencies and their output

Nurture qualified prospects and re-engage leads based on defined triggers

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales and RevOps to improve pipeline generation.





What Were Looking For

3–5 years of experience in Outbound Sales / SDR / BDR roles, preferably in B2B or Enterprise SaaS

Proven track record of achieving qualified opportunity/pipeline targets -_-

Hands-on experience with Sales Navigator, Apollo, Demandbase, Lusha, Outplay or similar tools

Solid experience in ABM, prospecting, lead qualification and CRM/Salesforce.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage CXOs and senior business stakeholders

Experience selling into Retail, D2C, Fashion, E-commerce, Supply Chain or Logistics is a strong plus -_-

Comfortable working across India, Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia or North America markets

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
