Requirements
Hands-on experience recruiting IT/technical professionals.
Robust understanding of software engineering skills and technical hiring.
Experience working with remote teams and collaboration tools.
Experience in quick-paced recruitment environments.
Solid stakeholder management and networking skills.
Ability to partner with hiring managers and leadership.
