Must have experience in hiring for EPC projects, with a robust understanding of EPC project requirements and manpower needs.
Experience in portal sourcing and candidate identification through various recruitment channels.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills with effective candidate and stakeholder management.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and prioritize hiring requirements effectively.
Positive understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Experience in handling positions across all levels Junior, Mid-Level, Senior, and Leadership positions.
