Working Days: Monday–Friday (Work from Office), Saturday (Work from Home)
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Track recruitment activities and maintain accurate hiring records.
