Mandatory Skills:
Strong experience in Java Application Production Support / SRE
Solid SQL skills
Robust Unix/Linux experience
Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools:
Grafana
Splunk
Kibana
Robust production incident management and troubleshooting skills
Good understanding of application monitoring, log analysis, RCA, and performance issues
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 production support for Java applications.
Monitor application health, availability, and performance.
Analyze logs using Splunk/Kibana and monitor dashboards/metrics using Grafana.
Troubleshoot production issues using SQL and Unix/Linux.
Perform incident analysis, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and other support teams for issue resolution.
Participate in production deployments, releases, and post-deployment validation.
Ensure SLA adherence and timely resolution of incidents.
Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Salary: 15 - 23 INR Per annum
