Key objective of the role: Satisfying the customer to the core.
Key Responsibilities
Understanding the query of customer.
Ability to interpret the problem and get the solution.
Providing technical support to customer query onsite as well as on remote basis as required.
Documentation as per company standard.
Reports to be generated as per standard.
