We are looking for a confident, presentable, and highly professional Counsellor with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should possess extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills and be capable of effectively understanding client requirements and converting enquiries into successful closures.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel and guide prospective clients based on their requirements.
Handle incoming enquiries and follow up with prospective clients.
Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.
Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular follow-ups.
Handle objections and resolve client queries professionally.
Achieve individual and team counselling/conversion targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handling.




Maintain a professional and positive experience throughout the counselling process.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in counselling, sales, client servicing, education counselling, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role.
Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Presentable, confident, and skilled personality.
Solid ability to build rapport and influence prospective clients.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Positive follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Comfortable working 6 days a week.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
