We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, understanding their vehicle service requirements, coordinating with the workshop team, and ensuring timely vehicle delivery with a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer vehicle complaints and service requirements.
Prepare and explain repair and service estimates to customers.
Coordinate with technicians and monitor repair progress.
Keep customers updated about service status, cost, and delivery time.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure vehicles are properly protected, cleaned, and ready for delivery.




Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualification:
B.Tech / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering

Experience:
1–5 years of experience in the automobile industry is preferred

Skills:
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills
Basic knowledge of automobiles
Good coordination and follow-up skills
Customer-focused attitude

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
