Technical Skills
9+ Years of experience in Software Development
Robust hands-on development background in languages such as C#/. NET, Python, and JavaScript
Solid understanding of solution and application architecture, including web, cloud-native, and microservices
Robust understanding of data architecture: data lake/lakehouse/warehouse design, data modelling, data governance, data quality, and metadata management
Data engineering experience: data pipelines, data modelling, ETL/ELT, SQL/NoSQL
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Working knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and agile delivery
Preferred: ML fundamentals, model training, and model deployment
Plus: Databricks and Azure Data Engineering (ADF, Synapse, Data Lake)




Solid stakeholder management with regional, sales, and customer teams
Can explain complex technical ideas in simple business terms
Structured problem-solving and sound decision-making
Adaptable and comfortable working across different kinds of assignments
