Handle customer queries through voice and non-voice channels.

Eligibility
Minimum 6 months of customer support experience (mandatory).
Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
Ability to handle both voice and non-voice interactions.
Basic computer knowledge.
Immediate joiners preferred.
