Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the CCM unit.
Monitor patients’ vital signs, clinical condition, and response to treatment.
Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
Assist doctors during procedures and emergency interventions.
Operate and monitor critical care equipment and life-support devices.
Maintain strict infection-control and aseptic practices.
Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and treatment documentation.
Ensure proper handover and continuity of patient care.
Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and emergency situations.
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare departments for effective patient management.
Maintain cleanliness, safety,
and proper availability of equipment and supplies.
Requirements
GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid nursing registration.
Previous experience in CCM / ICU / Critical Care is preferred.
Valuable knowledge of critical care nursing procedures and patient monitoring.
Knowledge of infection control and emergency care practices.
Valuable communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
Ability to work effectively in rotational shifts.
MINIMUM 2 YEAR EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
