Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: 2nd & 4th Saturday Off

Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement of CAPEX items, engineering equipment, and project materials.
Handle chemical industry procurement, including reactors, heat exchangers, pumps, valves, utilities, and plant machinery.
Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors/suppliers for engineering and CAPEX requirements.
Float RFQs, collect quotations, prepare comparative statements (CS), and negotiate commercial terms.
Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Maintenance, Production, Quality, and Accounts teams for procurement requirements.
Evaluate supplier quotations based on price, technical specifications, delivery timelines, quality, and payment terms.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of materials.




Follow up with vendors for order status, dispatch, delivery, documentation, and payment-related matters.
Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, quotation comparisons, and purchase documentation.
Support cost-saving initiatives through vendor negotiation and alternate-source development.
Ensure procurement is aligned with company policies, approved budgets, specifications, and project timelines.
Coordinate with vendors for technical/commercial clarifications and resolve procurement-related issues.
Monitor market trends and identify suitable suppliers for chemical plant equipment and engineering items.
