Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective performance management systems to drive business growth.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
Collaborate with managers to develop and implement employee development plans.
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.




Proven experience in human resources, preferably in a performance management role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience with HR software and systems is an advantage.
