Candidate should have machine design background along with hands on experience in following areas
Designing of Special Purpose Machine [SPM] OR Material Handling equipment’s.
Designing of Jig & Fixture.
Concept building & layout preparation as per customer requirements.
Knowledge of Pneumatic circuit design & Selection of pneumatic components.
Knowledge of Drive selection (Servo & Induction motors & gearbox selection)
Capable to do Design calculations & selection of standards bought out items
Knowledge of Auto CAD & any other Solid Modelling Designing Package [Solid
edge]
Valuable knowledge of General Tolerance [GD&T;] & 2D/3D drawing.
Should be Familiar with manufacturing process including machining, sheet metal
fabrication, welding fabrication, casting & heat treatment
Designing of Multi gauging fixtures will be an added advantage & preferred.
