We are looking for a Social Media Executive who understands that social media is not just about posting, but about performance, positioning, and growth.
This is a full time, work from office role in Mumbai. If you are looking for remote work, this is not for you.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day to day social media operations for multiple brands
Plan and execute monthly content calendars
Write engaging captions aligned with brand tone
Coordinate with designers and video editors for creatives and reels
Schedule posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Monitor comments, DMs, and basic community management
Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
Stay updated with trends, formats, and algorithm changes
Assist in ideation for performance driven campaigns
Required Skills
1 to 2 years of experience in social media management
Strong caption writing and communication skills
Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn trends
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads is a plus
Ability to manage multiple brands at once
Organized, deadline oriented, and proactive
