The ServiceNow GRC – BCM Developer will be responsible for implementing Business Continuity Management solutions to ensure organizational resilience and continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and customize ServiceNow BCM modules.
Implement Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and continuity planning workflows.
Develop automation for resilience testing and reporting.
Integrate BCM with IRM, ITSM, and CMDB modules.
Create dashboards and compliance reports for BCM readiness.
Mandatory Skills
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow BCM development.
Robust scripting, workflow, and automation skills.
Knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery concepts.
Valuable to Have
ServiceNow BCM certification.
Qualification. *Only Full time Education would be considered.
