Influencer Marketing

⁠ ⁠Creator Discovery: Research, identify, and vet niche creators and macro/micro-influencers whose audiences match the brand's target demographic

⁠ ⁠⁠.Outreach & Negotiation: Pitch collaboration ideas, negotiate contracts, and finalize deliverables, compensation, and posting schedules

⁠ ⁠⁠Campaign Oversight: Manage end-to-end sponsored campaigns, product gifting, or long-term brand ambassador programs.

⁠ ⁠⁠Performance Tracking: Monitor live influencer content for brand alignment, track promo codes/affiliate links, and measure campaign reach and conversion metrics

⁠ ⁠⁠Interaction with the client and taking brief & executing the ideas with the creative team and followup with client for approval

Social Media Management

⁠ ⁠Strategy Execution: Build and implement end-to-end social media strategies across platforms like Instagram,



YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook to align with company goals.

⁠ ⁠⁠ Content Planning: Plan and maintain monthly content calendars, coordinating with design and video teams to produce engaging reels, stories, posts, and copy

⁠ ⁠⁠Community Engagement: Monitor comments, direct messages, and brand mentions, interacting with followers to build a loyal community.

⁠ ⁠⁠Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI, using social analytics tools to generate performance reports and optimize future campaigns

Key skills required: MS office master + research for creative ideas & trends for engagement + excellent presentation skil

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
