We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Quality Control to lead and manage the Quality Control function in our food processing manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall Quality Control and Food Safety function.
Ensure quality standards are maintained for raw materials, in-process materials and finished products.
Implement and monitor GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, ISO and other applicable food safety standards.
Manage QC laboratory operations, testing procedures and quality documentation.
Handle internal, customer and regulatory audits and ensure timely CAPA closure.
Identify quality issues, conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Coordinate with Production, R&D;, Procurement and Operations teams for quality improvement.
Develop, train and mentor the QC team.
Drive continuous improvement in product quality, food safety and process control.
