Job Purpose

Responsible for validating products under development through effective test planning, execution and defect analysis, ensuring products meet customer requirements and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare test cases, test plans, test setups and test settings.
Execute validation tests, record results and report defects.
Perform defect analysis and support corrective/preventive actions.
Ensure requirement coverage and timely completion of validation activities.
Support test automation, scripting and review of test results.
Participate in product development activities to ensure testing aligns with product and customer requirements.
Support field-failure analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Education & Experience
B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics
Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
Relevant experience in product validation, utility, electronics product development or manufacturing.
