Manage technicians, service advisors and workshop staff.
Control workshop productivity, efficiency and profitability.
Ensure proper warranty and insurance claim processing.
Monitor spare parts, tools and workshop inventory.
Maintain Tata Motors standards, SOPs and safety compliance.
Track service revenue, labour sales and retention.
Conduct regular team reviews and performance monitoring.
