Role & responsibilities

Generate current leads and work on leads provided by the company.

Visit and develop relationships with painting contractors.

Explain Berger Paints products, features, perks, and offers to contractors.

Convince contractors to purchase and promote Berger products.

Conduct promotional activities and product presentations.

Maintain regular follow-ups with contractors and convert leads into sales.

Achieve assigned sales targets.

Maintain customer/contractor relationships and provide regular updates.

Preferred candidate profile

Freshers can apply; sales experience preferred.

Candidates from paints, building materials, cement, electrical, pipes, hardware, BFSI, insurance, or EdTech backgrounds can be preferred.

Positive communication, interpersonal, convincing, and sales skills.

Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and promotions.

Comfortable using mobile apps and online platforms such as Paytm, Google Pay, and PhonePe.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.

Must be willing to travel for field sales.

Candidates should be comfortable working with contractors and handling field sales activities.
