Role Summary The role requires robust Travel and hospitality domain knowledge and the ability to translate business requirements into integrated solutions spanning property operations, Travel ecosystem, guest experience, reservations, distribution, loyalty, payments, data, cloud, and digital platforms.

Role & responsibilities
Define solution architecture and design approaches.
Understand clients business objectives, operational challenges, technology landscape, and transformation priorities.
Participate in T&H; practice-building and innovation initiatives.
Identify prospects to apply generative AI, conversational AI, intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and personalization across the guest journey.
Contribute to reusable offerings, accelerators, reference architectures, case studies, and hospitality-focused solution assets
Participate in client discovery workshops and stakeholder discussions.




Assist in evaluation of build-versus-buy decisions and recommend suitable products, platforms, and implementation approaches.

Preferred candidate profile
Deep understanding of Travel & Hospitality ecosystem
Experience in solution architecture and enterprise application design.
Knowledge about Travel & Hospitality standards and specifications such as HTNG, OpenTravel Alliance, and applicable data-privacy requirements.
Solid stakeholder management and consulting skills.
Knowledge of API management, identity and access management, application security, data privacy, monitoring, and high-availability design.
Experience with at least one Hyperscalers.
Knowledge of AI engineering.
