Role & responsibilities
Conduct technical appraisal and property valuation for residential and commercial properties.
Verify property-related approvals, legal documents, and technical documentation.
Assess property market value, construction quality, and project feasibility.
Prepare detailed valuation reports and technical assessment reports.
Coordinate with business, credit, and legal teams for property evaluation requirements.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Property Valuation.
Preferred Industry Background: Banks, Housing Finance Companies (HFCs), NBFCs, Valuation Firms, or Real Estate Consulting Companies.
