Skillset & expertise:
Robust expertise in ServiceNow platform development and administration.
Hands-on experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Catalog , and Knowledge Management.
Robust proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs , web services, and integration frameworks.
Experience designing and developing custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, and automation solutions.
Experience with Performance Analytics, dashboards, reporting, and data visualization.
Knowledge of ServiceNow data model, security architecture, ACLs, update sets, scoped applications, and platform governance.




Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, DevOps practices, SDLC, and release management.
Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional, and matrixed environments.
