Hiring: ServiceNow Architect – Field Service Management (FSM)

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) , architecture, development, solution design, and integrations.

Experience: 13+ years overall IT experience

ServiceNow: 3+ years with robust FSM experience

Locations: Chennai | Bangalore | Pune | Hyderabad | Coimbatore

Employment: Contract-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions based on business and technical requirements.
Own technical delivery from requirements → architecture → development → testing → deployment → production support .
Design reusable and maintainable solutions across ServiceNow modules.
Analyze existing implementations and recommend architectural improvements.
Define integration patterns, data flows, and technical solutions.

Mandatory FSM Expertise Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) , including:
